Have you contacted the offender? If not it may be a good idea since it is possible that the duplicates were added by mistake. When packing it up they may have put in a pack of their duplicates instead of the cards intended for the RR. Innocent mistakes do happen. I just finished Brians RR and I think I saw only 2 or 3 possible duplicates. Another avenue is to ban the offender from your future RR's. I had to do this when someone added a bunch of junk generics to my roulette RR. Don't give up - there are a lot of good people in this hobby.
