Jill should be the least of your concerns. Beware of the heat (even worse than Vegas) and if you thought the souvenir shops are bad in Vegas, they can't hold a candle to Tombstone. Vegas may have the biggest shop, but Tombstone has the longest row of contiguous shops in the world.

Be sure to do Boot Hill.
