....it is the same dates (approx.) every year and I can't make June as it is still school time here in the UK. I have suggested that maybe the dates could vary to allow people who can't make June to attend, but for now it will be another 6 or 7 years before I get to come to another convention.

Plenty of time to save up my cash I guess! In the meantime, I just visit the few collectibles stores that sell chips when I visit in the summer.
