That model # appears to be out of production but I found Model # MG8220 that is a CCD scanner as Lyle suggested.
It seems as if they're going from CCD to CIS and not the other way around... at least for the all-in-ones.
I'm going to try to track it down from a retail store. Amazon has them but I'd like to see it. If I can't find it, I'll just order it through them.
