Harrah's is pretty touchy about their image and I would imagine some negative letters and/or phone calls might bring some change. I know a host at the LV Harrah's, she has been trying to get me to come and stay there. Ann and I spent one whole day there and they gave us the royal treatment. I will call her and find out who is in charge of the LE's and mention the MM chip outrage. Might not help, but couldn't hurt and we'll at least have a name.
