Sure we could bring it to their attention.

And if I were Heritage I would say, SO WHAT.

They are acting as an auctioneer selling an item from someone else, and properly disclosing the repairs.

Like it or not, they are doing absolutely nothing wrong and not breaking any laws or even our own COE.

As I said before, I dont like it one bit. But I honestly dont see what can possibly be done.
