I dont believe they are even breaking any of the Code of Ethics as they are being upfront about the repair.

Its true that as a hobby we frown on such things and it is also true that there are a lot of people that wouldnt buy a repaired chip.

But what as a club can be done to restrict the free trade of someone breaking no laws?
