I wonder what ebay would do if seller noted in an auction that other means of payment are available if PayPal is not available for the auction.

The Cuba embargo has to be eliminated sometime. I'm amazed it has been in effect for all these years. US has relaxed the regs on US citizens visiting the island. You still have to jump through some hoops though (I've never visited there).
