Thank you for replying. I do the same as you for the most part. I guess it is all about location as they say in real estate. One thing that I do is a lot of estate sale, especially if they have pool tables, bars, party rooms, they raise the chance of finding something. I also look on line at estatesales.net it helps weed out stops.
