Good to get a confirmation from others when there is any doubt.
I'm sure these (below) came from Harvey's,
as they originally came from his collection via Doug Saito to myself.
And it's because of their similarity to the "Pilot Wheels" with the filled-in (solid) hot-stamps that created some doubt.
