Since I collect Harveys, I have them (5 colors, anyway). However, since they are pilot wheels, not wagon wheels, I don't think they were made for Harveys. There have been references to the boat that plied the waters of Lake Tahoe, but I think that's a stretch.

Anyway, they're not hard to find.
