There was at least one individual who got I believe a rack. As I remember they even came on the board and said they had gotten a rack but that they didn't know at the time there was a limit or that the cage was running short.

They had the honesty to own up to having the chips and most everyone seemed to understand the situation. Knowing this individual I believe it was an honest statement.
