I guess it's the way the FQs political winds are blowing. Everyone, even the cage was very helpful in looking for chips I needed. In fact, one gal at the cage asked me to come back later and should have the person who handled the special edition chips go through the chips and see if she could find some on my list. Here's a note worth mentioning that might add to the prohibition of selling FQ chips. She said that the casino had just released a huge number of LE and SE chips that were being held in the vault. That's why so many of the older chips -- like the four seasons $1 chips -- were on the tables that day I was there.
You are probably right, but I guess it was my lucky day to take advantage of something that is now banned. BJ dealers were also most helpful looking through their trays to get the best quality, older chips.
