I had a long haul experience before in LV. A few years ago, I was staying at the HRH and got into the cab at the Airport gave my destination and away we went. I was checking emails on my phone and I looked up and lo and behold we were in the tunnel.... I was not happy and when we got to the HR, I disputed the amt. ($25+)and told the cabbie that I was overcharged and long hauled. After a bit of a heated discussion, I offered to call the taxi authority to settle the dispute and he gladly changed his tune and collected a far lesser amount($12). Lesson learned.
