Anyone here know of a boxed set (100/4-colors) sold by Lord and Taylor resembling the blue-rimmed chip below?

They were sold in men's haberdashery; about 30-years ago -- contained in an oblong, wooden block and the chips were at least 60mm...

Can anyone here ID the four plastic disk chips.

HINT: two are Roulettes; and all four are from three different countries.
