Do you know if your competitor is building a “dry land” casino also? I just remember over the years they had issues with the boat on the water and the rise and fall of the river causing loading issues getting on the boats.

Dose Iowa have the same screwy laws like Missouri (where you have to have river water running under the casino floor?)
