Yes, Jason, that is my receipt of mailing. Note the box in the lower right hand corner where the cancellation should be applied. Without that cancellation, how can anyone prove that the package was presented to the postal clerk for mailing? Anyone can produce a customs form that was filled out with the information but does not have the applied cancellation.
