Mind you now I think we have the highest shipping padded envelopes rate in the world, going overseas, yesterday I mailed a 2.50 oz envelope to Belgium cost me $9.45.

USA sellers are missing the boat by not shipping overseas. I have 190 lots on ebay some ending in 5 hrs-90% of the bidders are regular customers from overseas. Ebay lets you print shipping labels when you ship your item. For my regular overseas customers I will hold their purchases for 4-6 weeks to save on shipping. Extra work yes, but good for business.
