I rarely sell on eBay, but when I do my reasons for not shipping outside the US are simple. If I'm shipping inside the US I can print the postage online or stick a few stamps on the envelope and drop it in any mailbox. Those who know better please correct me, but shipping outside the US means I have to make a trip to the post office and stand in line, sometimes for almost an hour, to mail a package outside the US. Working full-time doesn't allow time to do that. We have one post office counter, sometimes manned by one person, for a city of 35,000. I'd love to ship to other members outside the US if there were an easier way.
