When I lived in Hawaii I was denied bidding on some chips because I didn't live on the mainland (lower 48 states). The cost of First Class Mail was the same anywhere in the US. It was frustrating!

I firmly believe others are unsure about postage anywhere outside the US. If you can assure others of the postage costs to your specific location I think you will be able to have them ship to you. It takes extra effort but you will be rewarded in the end.

I've been able to have others ship to me in South Korea because I've tried working out the "fine" details in shipping.
