I was using McAfee - a program with BIG fans...
I updated my Dats as required... and McAfee missed a kakworm virus and messed up my week. (in Oct.)
Since changing to Norton (after a grueling installation process and hours on the phone with tech support - which DID NOT MAKE ME HAPPY) Norton has caught more things in a few months than McAfee caught in 5 years.

That's my 10 cents.. I mean 2 cents worth.
