Jim-I believe that frosting means the dies need to be polished but that part wasn't explained to me very clearly. I'm sure there is an explanation for the uniformity as well. However, if you attend the strikers educational seminar at the convention Scheduled for 4PM on May 31, we will have the slot manager from the LV Plaza, Rick Ronca, and the production manager from Sunshine Mint, Tom Power, on the panel making the presentation.
