Only won as prizes from the special slot machines. Can also be purchased at the cage at some casinos that did but no longer have the machines such as the Fremont and Harrahs in Las Vegas.

They can be saved as collectibles or a souvenior or can be cashed in at the cage for full face value.

I have bought them for just over face value at my local coin dealer. E-mail me if you want more info.
