Todd, I had, have the same feeling when I saw the matchbooks, and I bid on two of them. For the most part they look mint, which made me nervous, but then I thought,
who would have gone thru all that trouble research etc to make up phony covers. Plus a couple of them have stains and brusies, but that could have been added....bottom line
I bought two. I think they are real. but went thru the same thought process you did.
