Here is a good example using a movie Lobby Card. I collect movie lobby cards with gambling themes. I'd like to get this one. But the dealer has been offering it for over a year on eBay for $45 plus postage, which is a ridiculously high price for a no-name movie, with minor stars, in terrible condition. It is worth about $5 to $10. But because there is no insertion fee (no cost to the dealer for a "no sale"), he can hold to this high price forever. Recently, I saw 2 other lobby cards from the same movie (but different scenes) go for about $8 for the two!
