worried my e-bay was hacked for ID theft.But e-bay notice happened when I was listing a item, guess I never signed up before.Reading the rules it only would come into play if buyer and seller can't work it out. Also, good news if seller sends item with Del. Conf. and it is delivered seller never has any charge back if buyer claims never recieved. I always use Del. Conf. over 25.00. I think today many crooks on the internet, and as a buyer it is a good thing.
