According to ChipGuide, this chip is listed as being used at the "River Road Casino" "Red Lake Nation" December 1992 to mid- 2001 at Thief River Falls, MN. In 2001, it became the "7 Clans Casino", apparently with a new rack of chips, making the older rack obsolete (I assume).

Does anyone have a value on this fractional?
