Checking the old newspapers from Amarillo I was able to find lots of information about the One-O-One Liquor Store ran buy Jess and Clarence Willmering In the Late 40's. Looks like a bad place to have a liquor store, lots of robbery's no information about any club or bar on Polk St. If you get any more information please pass it on
