I see nothing wrong with a proposal to sell at a
lesser price being broadcast within the same
thread, especially if it would benefit others who
may also be searching for the same chip when
others may indeed be available at a savings to
those interested.

If it were a case of seller B having only one example, then I can see the seller contacting the buyer via private e-mail, especially if no one else is to benefit from the transaction?

It would also be nice for those who contact eBay
bidders telling them to retract their current bid
because they can offer the same chip at a lesser
price, to ALSO broadcast on this board when they
have done so. Fat chance...right?
