Some psychologist say people who ‘collect’ are seeking order in their lives. People collect many things for many reasons. Also, people who collect, often have more than one collection. This is self-evident here on the ChipBoard. I was wondering what triggers your interest. Is it value, price, denomination, shape, rarity, location, unique story, perfection, having a complete set, or something other? If given a choice between 2 chips you really like for the same price, but you can onlt buy 1, which will you choose, and why? Let us know.

Personally, I like a unique story behind an item, next is my attraction to color and graphics, followed by other things. In looking around at items I display, I see those two traits most common. Those are my ‘favorites’. What are yours? It is sometimes a hard question.
