had another customer that the same think happened to, so I went to my PO & asked them what was going on, she said when you mail with us metered it is 92 cents (it has always been that for you), when you put stamps on it "new employees" are now being taught it is a parcel? Makes sense huh? Guess it is my fault because I did not want to stand in a long line...NEXT time I will stand in line.....
