The Fremont Casino on Fremont St has two or so banks of old video poker upright machines right in front of the hotel elevators. I belive they are called "Treasure Chest Poker". From Fremont Experience entrances these machines are almost totally back to the elevators on the far left (west) side of the casino). DON'T let the floor employees see you using out-of-casino tokens, they frown on "foreign" coins.
