So, I would simply try to visualize the 25p chips being delivered one day and put on the game for whatever reason... then, Paul (or Harry), after trying to work with the chips said they just didn't cut like they'd rather them to and the chips were either discarded or returned and just recenty popped up.... Otherwise, I'd go batty trying to figure it out logically...
