His uncle, Jim Gellette, was a well known collector and casino historian. You may remember the series of brochures Jim did on the first 13 Las Vegas hotels and casinos on the Las Vegas strip. Here is a link to a thread in the Archives remembering Jim shortly after his death in 2000.
