(Disclosure: I am not an expert in the area of internet security)

My belief is that there is no "Hacker" per-se. There is no a 16 year old kid behind a computer guessing passwords for your email accounts.... but instead a virus that is circulating throughout the community/board. The virus once downloaded goes through your email contact list and sends out emails with a link to the same virus in an attempt to spread. How or why that virus is so prevelant on this board is the difficult part. My thought is that there is something that people associated with this board do...(Perhaps clicking on advertising links, going to a specific chip website, clicking on somebody's compromised "Ebay Auctions" link, etc.) which is causing people to acquire this virus and it spreads accordingly.

Again, I have no proof of this and I have no credentials in this area. This is just IMO.
