Just my opinion but it appears your flash is not turned on which results in camera shake and blurred photos.
Sometimes existing lighting will 'fool' the camera and not turn the flash on when it is actually needed.
For indoor shots, you can set the camera to have the flash fire all the time.. also good outside to fill in shaded areas.
