Don - that's what I'm doing now. Putting together a list of all $5 G.O. chips from Nevada. I'm at around 75 chips so far. I'm just going through The Chip Rack and finding all the chips that are 'described' as Grand Opening chips. The problem that I'm running into now is, I've come across a few that aren't listed in the guide as G.O. chips. Two that come to mind are Caesars Grand Opening of their Palace Tower/Atlantis Feature in 1997 and Casuarina's G.O. chip with a pic of David Brenner on the inlay. Both are limited edition Grand Opening chips, just not described as such. And The Palms and Hard Rock issued G.O. chips for just about everything under the sun, between the two it looks like about a dozen!

Even though it's kind of neat 'discovering' one that I didn't know about, I was hoping to find someone with a list to compare notes with.
