I mailed a padded envelope on Jan. 7th yet to arrive at it's destination. I showed the buyer the receipt that it was mailed, but I will refund the money when asked to.
This is the first package in 15 years of selling and trading that hasn't made it. Also in all these years only one package didn't arrive to me. It was about 40 roulettes if I recall correctly sent by Terry S. He made good. I felt bad, but that is what we do when USPS screws up.
