For the extra dollar I would feel much better knowing what ever I sent arrives on time without any postage due.
Besides, we all rely on the USPS to deliver items and they are already in bad shape financially.
One more reason for me to want to pay the correct postage.
I, too, charge enough for S&H to cover the cost.
