The postage due thing is really dependant on how much sticklers the receiving PO is. I have had 4 or 5 packages arrive here with postage due.....for amounts as low as $.15. They are ball busters and it is really annoying. Not because I have to pay a little to get it, it is that I have to wait an additional 2 days to get my chip(s).

When I used to go to the PO and the nice clerk would quote me anything other than $1.95 for my #000 bubble, I would politely insist on the increased rate. I always charge enough for shipping to cover the cost...so why not? Just IMO.
