I scanned them all on the same date, Jim. I have never played a tournament at LL, so don't know how else I could have gotten it. However, my brain doesn't recall events of 15 years ago very well any more .

I did search The Chip Board archive for that time period and here's my post on these chips. The scan is no longer on the server, but the file name on my PC is the same as I downloaded for that post.
