it is important to us WIN Cards chip collectors, are you certain about the HHR on the left, i.e., the "Tournament" chip?

We are well familiar with the two "Special Events" chips being used as WIN Cards chips, but this is the first I've heard that the beige/creme "Tournament" chip was also used.

I know that your records are exceptional, so could you please confirm that the "Tournament" chip was received in a WIN Cards package?
