I sold some chips on Ebay in December and mailed to Mexico on the 11th - they haven't arrived yet after 4 weeks. I know we have had the Christmas break but I would have expected them to arrive by now and just wondering if anyone has experience of mailing from Europe to Mexico? I didn't send any other packages via international mail that day to compare with, but the domestic packages arrived ok so assume no problem at the post office this end.

I am waiting for another message from the buyer (the original was in Spanish which I don't understand but could guess from some of the words) but just curious to know whether to ask the buyer to wait longer or send a refund now.
