Yes it was on HS property. Namely the Gym. the 5:00am was set by the parents and quite a few were at the party to help. There was soft drinks and food ---FREE. The only way a child could leave is with the parent picking them up with proper ID. This was done with a lot of problems --- time consuming, liability, one parent trying to pick up their child and the neighbors or friend's child, etc. and caused the end of the annual event.
