I think "The D" entry is an error. Both hotels that are open, "The D" and "The Quad" have their web sites with the article, followed by the proper name of the hotel. The Ho has been closed long enough that there's no website for it, although there is a "westwardho.com" site.

For consisency, The D should probably be listed on The Chip Guide as "D,The", to follow the example set by "Quad,The" listing. However... there are listings for "The Barking Frog" and "The Corner, on The Chip Guide, so maybe the Webmaster just flips a coin .
