Picked these up at a junk store this past weekend.
The bottom 2 chips are stamped in a chipbord like material but it is quite hard. Number 613 is the Elk's lodge in Santa Barbara Ca. I joined this lodge 32 years ago, I now belong to #2640 in Santa Ynez Ca.
