Not the typical, common leaf form found on 98% of all the "5" Ivory gambling chips in the book; except for maybe IO-LT, which is a completely different chip in size, inner ring and w/o having the quarter embelishment between the leaves (which I seriously believe are Banana Leaves)... and the only reason there is no code in Dale's Revised Edition is because I found a box of this design after publication.
Anyway, all have been sold except for one remaining example having most of the red center and rim pigment gently rubbed-away and not having any cracks, nicks, fractures or center nerve hole (or fracture in the field) -- except for having common ivory chip scratches, of course.

...and it's $59 deliverd (though you can count on it being exactly like the image below except for the red pigment).
I've been doing this for a long time and have never, ever had an ivory chip returned to me -- even when I first started selling them on eBay in 1997 w/o even having scans in many of my offerings; just a plain written description (it was fun ).
