If you have a prepaid post card, you would need to add postage to reach the current post card rate. A post card with an old postage rate is not a "forever" product unless it says "forever" instead of a denomination (and I don't think post cards have been designated as "forever" products).

The same is true of you have old prepaid envelopes.

the on-line rate is lower
