know the answer to this?...

I have some older, unused, pre-paid, blank postcards. Are they somehow usable for letter postage, or do they remain as postcards and in order to mail them, additional postage must be affixed?

No, I could NOT find an answer on the Post Office's most wonderful and easily searched website!
