Granted, I can easilly understand someone who is trying to increase CCGTCC membership... but I find it in very poor taste to also disallow any other member of any other chip club that stands for and operates in the same manner of the CCGTCC...

Again, I can understand some may feel there is no recourse in inviting a non-CCGTCC member, but each and every other chip club has recourse as well... and that is fact and has been brought to our attention many, many times...!

I see no reason why any member of any chip club should be treated differently by any CCGTCC member...

...and here is where the reflection lies...

Doug's post was good; but I feel we're (members of all chip clubs) are a greater community of organized chippers' clubs with rules who should be recognized by one and all who are members of each club.

...and what I said here should be understood by any non club member of any club as to why they are forbid from certain published activites when the organizer of that activity maks a "club members only" request... which, of course reverts back to what I said above -- that I beleive ALL club members of ALL chipper clubs should be one community of persons falling under a general group of rules as ALL chipper clubs have the same basic rules to protect both members and non-members where as in the CCGTCC; a non-member can easilly file a complaint against a CCGTCC and that complaint will be reviewed...
